Full Body Massage
Complete tension relief from head to toe
Our full body massage addresses every major muscle group from your neck and shoulders down to your feet. Your therapist blends multiple techniques — long gliding strokes, kneading, and targeted pressure — to ease muscle tension, improve blood circulation, and leave you in a state of deep relaxation. No area is neglected, making this the ideal choice if you carry stress throughout your whole body.
Key Benefits
- Full-body muscle relief
- Improved circulation
- Reduced stress & anxiety
- Better sleep quality
Ideal For
Anyone seeking complete relaxation, stress relief, or general muscle recovery.
Couples Massage
Relax together, side by side
Two therapists work simultaneously on two guests in the same room, creating a truly shared wellness experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, reconnecting with your partner, or simply enjoying quality time with a friend or family member, a couples massage lets you both unwind at the same pace. Separate rooms are also available if preferred.
Key Benefits
- Shared relaxation experience
- Two therapists working in sync
- Same or separate rooms available
- Perfect for special occasions
Ideal For
Couples, friends, or family members looking for a shared spa experience.
Deep Tissue Massage
Break through chronic tension at a deeper level
Deep tissue massage uses slow, deliberate strokes and sustained finger pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscle tissue and connective fascia. This is the go-to therapy for chronic pain, persistent muscle knots, and postural issues caused by repetitive movement or prolonged desk work. Your therapist will gradually increase pressure, always staying within your comfort zone while working out deeply held tension.
Key Benefits
- Chronic pain & knot relief
- Improved posture
- Reduced muscle stiffness
- Faster injury recovery
Ideal For
People with chronic pain, desk workers, athletes, and anyone dealing with persistent muscle tension.
Swedish Massage
The classic of relaxation massage
Swedish massage is the foundation of Western massage therapy — long, flowing effleurage strokes, gentle kneading (petrissage), and rhythmic tapping (tapotement) work together to ease muscle tension and calm the nervous system. It's lighter in pressure than deep tissue, making it the perfect introduction to massage or the ideal choice when you simply need to decompress and restore.
Key Benefits
- Nervous system calming
- Improved lymphatic flow
- Muscle tension relief
- Enhanced mood & wellbeing
Ideal For
First-time clients, those recovering from stress or fatigue, and anyone wanting gentle-to-medium pressure.
Sports Injury Massage
Recover faster, perform better
Designed specifically for athletes and physically active individuals, sports massage combines deep tissue work, stretching, and targeted pressure to address the unique demands placed on your body. Whether you're dealing with an acute injury, post-event soreness, or want to prevent future issues, your therapist will focus on the muscle groups most relevant to your activity and recovery goals.
Key Benefits
- Accelerated recovery time
- Injury prevention
- Reduced muscle soreness
- Improved range of motion
Ideal For
Athletes, gym-goers, runners, cyclists, and anyone with an active lifestyle or sports-related pain.
Thai Massage
Ancient stretching and energy work
Thai massage is a centuries-old healing practice that blends assisted yoga-like stretches, rhythmic compression, and acupressure along the body's energy lines (Sen lines). Unlike most massage styles, Thai massage is performed fully clothed and requires active participation — your therapist gently guides your body through a sequence of postures designed to open joints, increase flexibility, and restore the flow of energy throughout your body.
Key Benefits
- Increased flexibility & mobility
- Restored energy flow
- Joint decompression
- Deeper mind-body relaxation
Ideal For
Those seeking flexibility improvement, energy rebalancing, or a more active massage experience.
Location Specific
Focused treatment where you need it most
Not every session needs to cover the whole body. Location-specific massage concentrates the full session time on a single area of concern — commonly the neck and shoulders, lower back, legs, or feet. By dedicating the entire session to one region, your therapist can apply significantly deeper and more varied techniques than a full-body session allows, making this the most efficient option for isolated pain or tension.
Key Benefits
- Highly concentrated treatment
- Deeper work in targeted area
- Efficient use of session time
- Ideal for specific complaints
Ideal For
Anyone with an isolated pain point — neck & shoulder tension, lower back pain, leg fatigue, or sore feet.
Therapeutic & Relaxation
Fully customised to what your body needs
Sometimes you need more than one approach. Therapeutic & Relaxation sessions give your therapist the freedom to blend techniques from across different modalities — Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and more — adapting pressure and focus throughout the session based on how your body responds. This is the most personalised option we offer, ensuring you leave feeling exactly the way you hoped.
Key Benefits
- Fully tailored experience
- Adaptable pressure & technique
- Addresses multiple concerns
- Maximises every minute
Ideal For
Clients with multiple areas of concern, or anyone who wants a completely personalised session.
Shiatsu
Japanese pressure-point therapy for energy balance
Shiatsu is a Japanese bodywork practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine. Your therapist applies rhythmic finger, thumb, and palm pressure to specific points along the body's meridians — pathways through which vital energy (qi) flows. By releasing blockages along these pathways, Shiatsu relieves tension, reduces fatigue, and supports the body's natural capacity to heal. Sessions are typically performed clothed on a massage table.
Key Benefits
- Meridian & energy rebalancing
- Tension & fatigue relief
- Improved vitality
- Supports natural healing
Ideal For
Those interested in Eastern holistic wellness, energy medicine, or a clothed alternative to traditional massage.
