Shiatsu

Japanese pressure-point therapy for energy balance

Shiatsu is a Japanese bodywork practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine. Your therapist applies rhythmic finger, thumb, and palm pressure to specific points along the body's meridians — pathways through which vital energy (qi) flows.
